Our Garbage Compactor is a high-performance waste collection solution designed for municipal and industrial solid waste operations. With body volume options ranging from 6 m³ to 32 m³ and a rear hopper capacity of 0.8 – 2 m³, the compactor provides flexible configurations suitable for small urban routes to large-scale city operations. The reinforced body structure is manufactured from 3–5 mm ST-52 (S355J2) high-strength steel, ensuring resistance to heavy loads and long-term wear.
The unit delivers an efficient 5:1 to 6:1 compression ratio, maximizing payload capacity and reducing transportation frequency. A robust hydraulic system operating at 170–190 bar ensures smooth, powerful, and fast cycle times between 20–35 seconds. The system can be operated in automatic, manual, or semi-automatic modes, providing operational flexibility and user control.
The compactor is compatible with 120L and 240L plastic bins, as well as 0.4 m³, 0.8 m³, and 1.1 m³ containers, compliant with DIN 30700 – EN 840 standards. Optional lifting systems such as arm lifters and hydraulic winch systems are available for larger containers (3–8 m³).
